Select your device brand (Apple, Samsung, Google, iPad) and let us know what is broken—whether it's a smashed OLED screen, a degraded battery, faulty charging port, or camera lens damage. If you're not sure which model you have, you can send a photo to our WhatsApp dispatch.

Provide your UK postcode and pick an arrival window that fits seamlessly around your work or home life (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening). Our dispatch checks parts availability in our local mobile hub and confirms your booking immediately.

Our fully-equipped mobile repair van arrives at your location. You hand over your device right at the front door. Our DBS-checked technician carries out the repair inside the van's clean, ESD-safe workshop environment. Most repairs are completed in approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

Once the repair is complete, we bring the device back to your door for you to test thoroughly. Once you are 100% satisfied with the repair, pay securely via contactless card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. We also provide a digital itemised receipt and our 12-month parts and labor guarantee.
